Judge Bola Ajibola SAN, CFR is an accomplished Legal Practitioner with over 45 years hands on worldwide experience in areas of Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. An alumni of the prestigious Baptist Boys High School Abeokuta in his early school days and thereafter University College London then called to the English Bar in 1962 marking the beginning of a brilliant and exceptional legal career.
On his return to Nigeria he began active legal practice resulting in him establishing the prestigious Bola Ajibola & Co in 1967 a top Nigeria Law Firm till date to which he is still the principal partner. Whilst in practice Judge Bola Ajibola advocated the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Nigeria and for 25 years was the President, Association of Arbitrators of Nigeria. In his presidency he was involved in many contentious arbitration proceedings yielding positive results to the bringing of world peace.
Judge Bola Ajibola has also held many prestigious Nigerian and International posts including the Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, President, Nigerian Bar Association, President, World Bank Administrative Tribunal, Judge, International Court of Justice and Attorney General, Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to name a few.
Judge Bola Ajibola also an avid reader and a distinguished writer leading him to the attendance of many International Conferences/Seminars. In the attendance of same he has presented many articles and has also served as editor in various Law Reports and Journals with one if his most recent publications “Trend of Arbitration in Nigeria” delivered at the Kings College London on 4th June, 2003.
In his generous character of giving back he has recently founded an NGO “African Concern” whose aim is to encourage mutuality in Africa especially in area of conflicts e.g. the Niger/Delta Region of Nigeria.
Judge Bola Ajibola is an astute Legal Practitioner with untainted integrity, expertise, incredible drive and energy with excellent leadership qualities which he has shown over the years in his work and positions held in Nigeria and worldwide. These traits are still apparent today in his approach of his daily dealings with companies and individuals. His interests include reading, travelling and organising charities. |

Enitan Bababunmi is a Professor of Biochemistry and former Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University. For a period of two decades between 1978 and 1998, he served as an academic in the capacity of Research Professor on different occasions in three (3) continents, namely, Africa, Europe and the United States. In addition, he served as an occasional expert consultant to the International Programme on Chemical Safety (IPCS) in Geneva, Switzerland. Professor Bababunmi hold two United States Patents (2002 & 2005) on “Formulation for Treating skeletal Muscle Degeneration Caused by Malnutrition and Disease”. He is President, ENHICA International Inc, a non-profit research and educational institution, and Research Director and Chairman of GLOPATECH (UK) Limited. Bababunmi's formulation "is designed to replenish energy levels in disease-infected muscle cells, reinstate calcium homeostasis within muscle cells, and reduce the activity of oxidizing free radical reactions typically caused by muscle degenerative diseases." |

Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN was formerly the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State. Prior to that, he was a partner at the Law Firm of Osinbajo, Kukoyi & Adopaye, and Head of Department of Public Law at the University of Lagos. Professor Osinbajo also served as the Special Advisor to the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice between 1988 and 1991. He has provided expertise and consulted with a wide range of development organisations such as the United Nations, United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations/ United Nations Development Programme, United Nations African Institute for Crime Prevention and ECOWAS. Professor. Yemi Osinbajo together with Mr. Olusoji Apanpa founded INTEGRITY, the umbrella organization of the Convention on business Integrity. He is a Pastor at the Redeemed Christian Church of God. |

Professor Margaret Okorodudu – Fubara formerly Dean, Faculty of Law Obafemi Awolowo University was trained in the United Kingdom and at Harvard.Professor Okorodudu–Fubara pioneered “Mainstream Environment for Sustainable Development into African Universities” (MESA). This was a United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) initiative on Education for sustainable development and conservation in all tertiary institutions worldwide. Since 2002, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Fulbright Alumni Association of Nigeria together with other eminent scholars such as Professor Grace Alele-Williams, and Professor Julius Okojie, Executive Secretary of the National Universities commission.
In 2007, she became a member of the Working Group on UNEP Global Environment Report (GEO – 4) 2007, promoting Environmental Research and Learning for Sustainable Development. Professor Okorodudu – Fubara is also a member of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Academy of Environmental Law, and a consultant to several international organizations such as UNEP, UNDP and the World Bank. |

Mr. Yemi Adeola is a lawyer and accomplished banker with over 25 years’ hands-on experience spanning banking, finance, law, and corporate consultancy, with sound academic and professional qualification in secured credit transactions, corporate and International economic law.
A John F. Kennedy Scholar in his school days, Yemi Adeola began his career as a lecturer at the Lagos State University, from where he became a Consultant with PriceWaterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
He later joined Citibank Nigeria where he was appointed to the Board in February 1988. While there, Yemi Adeola served diligently as a member of both the Audit and Executive Committees and was instrumental to the development of the Valucard project in Nigeria; an initiative that blazed the trail for cashless transactions and ATMs in the country.
In recognition of this and his numerous other contributions to the Banking Industry in Nigeria, Yemi Adeola was appointed to serve on the Governing Council, Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) between 2001 to 2002. He is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA).
He left Citibank in July 2003 as the most senior Nigerian Executive on the Board to pursue a turn-around assignment with the Trust Bank of Africa as the Deputy Managing Director. He succeeded in turning the bank from a loss making position to a profit making institution before the banking industry consolidation exercise.
Following the emergence of Sterling Bank Plc after the merger exercise, he was appointed Executive Director (Corporate & Commercial Banking), a position he occupied until he later became the Group Managing Director.
Yemi Adeola is an astute administrator and leader with untainted integrity, expertise, incredible drive and energy; qualities he has brought to bear in his past and present roles at Sterling Bank. He is a man who is made of sterner stuff, innately driven, passionate and result-oriented.
He has travelled extensively and has attended several conferences and training programs outside the country. His other interest includes reading, travelling and listening to people.

Aloysius A. Aguwa, Ph.D. is president of Altech Environmental Services Inc., U.S.A., and Chemical & Environmental Engineering Ltd., Nigeria. He is a recognized expert in pollution control with emphasis in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. Dr. Aguwa is a diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology. He is presently the Honourable Commissioner for Petroleum and Environment, Imo State Nigeria. |

Dr. Yushua Alkali Hamza is a Medical Practitioner who specialises in Paediatric Medicine and is currently the Head of Paediatrics, Muritala Mohammed Specialist Hospital, Kano State, Nigeria. An alumni of Federal Government Girls College Yola, Adamawa State and thereafter University of Maiduguri, College of Medicine, Maiduguri where in 1998 she obtained her degree in Medical Science.
Dr. Yushua Hamza on leaving medical school attained the position of Senior Medical Officer of the Hospital Management Board Kano State and then in 2004 embarked on her residency training in Paediatric Medicine which she concluded in 2008 at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano State where she received a letter of commendation from the Department of Paediatrics.
Dr. Yushua Hamza has served as the chairperson, facilitator or coordinator in a number of medical associations and Institutions in Nigeria such as the Continuous Health Education Committee, Muritala Mohammed Specialist Hospital Kano State, Global HIV/AIDS initiative under the family health centre of the Muritala Mohammed Specialist Hospital Kano State, Polio Eradication in Kura LGA to name a few.
Dr. Yushua Hamza has used her medical expertise to improve child health in her community specifically aiming at under privileged and disabled children and has become one of the lead vocal persons for paediatric HIV project in the northern part of Nigeria. In recognition of her contribution to her community she was awarded the Safe Water Africa Award for excellence in healthcare in 2005 and she is also a recipient of the Kunle Iyaiya award for the best presented paper during the Paediatric Association of Nigeria Conference (PANCOF) held in Zaria, Kaduna State in January, 2004.
Dr. Yushua Hamza is currently the Board Secretary of the Maamsaa Foundation for children with special needs Kano State and is also currently serving as the 2nd Vice Chairman of the Environmental Law Research Institute Lagos State.
Dr Yashua Hamza is married and blessed with 3 children.

Dr. Romuald Haule hails from Tanzania and is currently the Dean Faculty of Law, Ruaha University College, Iringa, Tanzania and also a Senior Lecturer of the University. Before the elevation to his current position he was the former Director of Post Graduate Studies, Research, Publications and Consultancy of the University and a visiting lecturer in law at Tumani University College, Tanzania.
Dr. Haule is a member of many Associations and is the Director, African Institute of International Studies, Tanzania. Dr Haule is fluent in many languages including Kiswahili, English, Italian, German, Spanish and French.
